Retail and Sport Complex

The primary objectives of the brief was to create four major retail malls, each to be expressed as clear, dynamic volumes connected yet fragmented. The creation of a sports hotel is to link a landmark, mixed use super high rise tower to the entire complex. The park and landscape extends over and above the mall to blur the boundaries between inside and outside. The landscape provides ample of jogging and cycling tracks and is an extension of the sports hotel. The 22,000 sqm mall complex comprises of retail, anchor store, clinic, spa centre, indoor sports complex and training centre along with a rich mix of lush green landscape. The fluid form animates the environment and amplifies the notion of form in motion.
