GDP

This project is a multi-purpose development which sits in between two large stretches of low rise housing on either side. As such this project works to breathe a communal and retail life into the neighbourhood, by creating a something akin to a city centre. Conceptually the project originates with the high rise towers which contain residential programs. These towers begin to fragment as they escend into the center into three distinct circuits of programs. The first circuit contains the offices, this program is anchored to the high rises and unities the transition from the vertical to the horizontal. The second circuit is communal, technically a high line which connects the offices together while holding all lifestyle programs such as gyms and yoga studios. The third circuit is the Retail and F&B circuit. Its this part of the project which opens up to surrounding context and has cafes and shops.
